Questions
Is it safe for my Instagram account?
CommentDM uses Instagram's official API, the same one Meta approves for business tools. You log in on Instagram, and we never see your password. Sending stays within Instagram's limits.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram only allows automatic messages from professional accounts. Switching is free in Instagram's settings.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes, on every paid plan: no monthly cap. To keep your account safe, CommentDM sends up to about 600 DMs an hour per account, below Instagram's own limit. Busy posts are queued and sent in order.
Can I manage several accounts?
Yes. Multi covers up to 5 Instagram accounts and Agency up to 20, all in one app.
